We met Christina at an Open House for the home we would eventually purchase. Immediately we were struck with her genteel and kind personality. She was knowledgeable about the home and its history and location. We so appreciated this, as we had no familiarity with the neighborhood. Because of our first impression of her candor and positive relationship with the seller, we asked her to represent us as buyers, which she agreed to. She navigated the path between the seller and us with grace. She was immediately responsive to our needs and our inevitable questions as they arose. Her authenticity is a most valued trait when purchasing a home, where trust is critical. I have worked with many realtors over the years and Christina is a breath of fresh air. From first contact every experience with Christina was both positive and informative. Christina's guidance was so very helpful and always balanced. During the initial photo shoot she was very involved and made sure that every surface in the house was spotless. She even polished the shower doors and windows. The results of these photos show her hard work. She was always timely and professional and treated our property as if it were her own. She found a buyer quicker than expected and during the inspection process there was a dispute between what the inspector saw and what we knew was true; Christina climbed a ladder to get access to the attic to photograph the issue at hand to satisfy both the seller and buyer. I felt this went beyond her expected duties. The experience with John R. Wood properties and specifically Christina Mehta could not have been better. On initial contact we had put forth a preferred closing date and she made it happen. I can highly recommend her services as a realtor and know that she represents your agency extremely well.

Christina was an amazing realtor for us to work with in purchasing our Fort Myers home.
